The bill will be run on your credit card automatically every month.

The purpose of the client plans are to perform preventive measures. The term "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" certainly applies here. There is no 100% guarantee that a site won't go down but O'Neal Design will be there to get your site back up.

Yes, you can pay yearly. Many clients prefer paying once a year so we are happy to offer that option.

Yearly plans are paid for the full year and cannot be canceled until the renewal date. Payment is due 30 days before the renewal date.

You can contact us through your client dashboard and schedule an appointment or you can book an appointment from our scheduling page. We can do phone calls or online screen-share. This time can be used to help train you to do small updates on your website or to work out website marketing strategy. When you contact us please let us know what your goals are with the meeting.

If your support needs require more than your allotted time then we can help you at our current support rates. Existing clients with support plans get a discounted rate.

Content creation involves writing and or adding content and images to your site or blog.
